What you're buying. PermitOpinion reports are personalized digital documents, generated on demand from the project details you provide and delivered by email, typically within minutes of your form submission. Because each report is created specifically for your property and project — and its full value is delivered the moment you receive it — all sales are final once your report has been delivered.

Our delivery guarantee. If you complete payment and your report does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us at info@permitopinion.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will locate your order and either deliver your report or issue a full refund — your choice.

Errors on our end. If your report contains a material error caused by us — for example, it analyzes the wrong project type or ignores information you provided on the intake form — tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct and re-issue the report at no charge. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.

What isn't refundable. We can't offer refunds because you found the same information elsewhere, because the City's requirements weren't what you hoped, or because your plans changed. The report is an informational guide based on the details you submit; inaccurate or incomplete intake answers aren't grounds for a refund, though we're glad to regenerate a report if you made an honest mistake on the form — just ask.

How to reach us. info@permitopinion.com. We read every message and respond within one business day.

Note: PermitOpinion reports are informational guides, not legal advice, permits, or approvals. See our Terms of Service.
